About This Lesson

http://www.freemathvideos.com In this video I show you how to find the implied domain of a function by using the definition of domain and relating it to an algebraic equation. We find the implied domain by looking at the values that are not apart of the implied domain. The two examples discussed are the values of x that makes us divide by zero or take the even root of an negative number. We exclude these values from the implied domain and take the remaining values as your implied domain. I then provide problems for student to try on their own.
