About This Lesson

Anniversary in the Schools is a free, on-demand commemorative program which highlights first-person accounts of the 9/11 attacks and their aftermath. In 2021 the program featured the stories of six individuals, including first responders, survivors, family members, and young people who were impacted by the attacks.

Watch the program and use the viewing guides located in the resources tab to engage your students in meaningful discussions. Versions with Spanish subtitles, ASL interpretations, and audio description are also available here.

Register for the 2022 Anniversary in the Schools program and learn more about the speakers here.
