2 slightly different shape charts. Children to fill in the shape names; sides and corners. You could always cut some of the simple shapes and paste in different ones. Aligned with Common Core State Standards: 1.G.1, Geometry, Reason with shapes and their attributes.
This is exactly what I needed. I've also used this as a base to make a cut and paste worksheet. Thanks.
