      About This Lesson

      Overview: In this lesson, students will investigate Earth systems by making observations locally and identifying systems in the natural world. Students will learn through inquiry how the four spheres on Earth (biosphere, hydrosphere, geosphere and atmosphere) are interconnected. 

      Learning Targets: 

      • Students will be able to describe and cite examples of the interactions among the geosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere and biosphere.
