About This Lesson
I have used this with a low ability 9th Grade group to get them to write about what they did last weekend; It asks them to locate perfect tense verbs; time phrases and connectives and then to rewrite the paragraph changing certain details. This is in preparation towards a Controlled Writing assessment.
