About This Lesson

This handout is a graphic organizer that could also be used as a quiz. It is a series of rows, each for an absolute ruler (Genghis Khan, Mansa Musa, Suleiman the Magnificent, Akbar the great, Henry VIII, Elizabeth I, Ivan the Terrible, Louis XIV, and Peter the Great) and columns for their military, architectural, and economic achievements that students can fill in. There is a model done using Justinian I.
