About This Lesson
This short article, based on content from the Coalition to Support Grieving Students, includes two sections with tips on understanding universal concepts of death in order to best support bereaved students:

School personnel can use the article to engage in meaningful and constructive dialogue about death with students. These discussions can in turn help children master necessary information and reduce anxiety. Share the article with colleagues and families, as well.
