About This Lesson
Template that can be printed onto card for students to build an atom mobile. Cut out the electron shells (throw away the shaded sections); use the central circle as the nucleus; draw or stick on the electrons and use string or cotton to hang them up. Suitable for modeling elements in periods 1-3. Could get rid of outer shells for a lower ability group.
Brilliant! I did this last year but made students draw their own circles.. this will make their life so much easier! Thank you! :)
