About This Lesson

http://www.freemathvideos.com In this video series I will show you how to simplify complex fractions or complex rational expressions. Complex fractions are when we have one or more fractions in the numerator or denominator. We can simplify complex fractions a couple of ways. One way is to combine the fractions in the numerator or denominator by finding the LCD. If we only have one fraction in the numerator or denominator then we can eliminate the fraction by multiplying the denominator by it's reciprocal in the denominator and numerator. This will produce an equivalent fraction with no fractions.
