About This Lesson
The focus of this lesson is to understand different approaches to the Civil Rights Movement---notably the contrasting styles between Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X. The aim of this lesson is to explore the rationale for each and determine how both men reached different conclusions about the proper role of activists for achieving social change.
This lesson is provided as part of TAH.org's American History Toolkits project.
A great combination of useful resources that are both entertaining and informative!
