About This Lesson
This is a set of four simple sentence cards featuring color and high frequency words that can be used in a literacy center. Each student gets a card. Students take turns shaking a die and read the sentence that is listed after that number. Students can all have the same card or different cards. It gives them multiple experiences reading sentences building on fluency. Copy the cards on cardstock and laminate. The high frequency and color words featured are: I, like, see, a, the, is, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple.
