About This Lesson
This activity allows students to practice their knowledge of genetic traits and their transmission. Students will have the opportunity to observe their own traits and then conduct monohybrid and dihybrid Punnett square crosses to come up with the traits for their own creature. They will also get to explore the concept of incomplete dominance, codominance, sex-linked traits and model the resultant creatures that they come up with.
