About This Lesson

An organization is strengthened by relationships and by the processes it puts in place to foster them. Engagement of existing or potential members helps build a culture of participation, increase member activism and develop leadership. In this session, we will explore the fundamentals of an AFT organizing model designed to foster a culture of organizing, member engagement and accountability among member organizers, staff and local leadership.
