This is great! Based on a retro game. Now I will need to explain to my students that this was one of the best games in my day. :)
Great activity! Based on another teacher's comment below, I had the students work in pairs to create their own after they finished. They had to provide just enough information so someone could solve, but not give away all the values. They then swapped with another pair of students and tried to solve each other's game. Good for both extra practice, development/extension of the activity, thinking creatively, and checking each other's work!
Questions were all closed. Prefer to have some creativity, some open-ended questions. Or a mix of the two.
