Discipline Tips for School-Based Secretaries

One of the key areas my clerical staff face on a daily basis, it is a difficult task especially when you have a student who is constantly rude and disrespectful. It requires a lot of professionalism to remain calm and keep your composure, but we make it work to maintain a level of respect from the students.

What a great way to help a secretary feel like she is contributing to "putting out fires" effectively. So many times they serve as the liaison of the Principal..this would be so empowering..thank you. :)
