About This Lesson
This is an activity about the political side of Dr. Seuss and World War II. I like to read Yertle the Turtle out loud to the class and then the students have a chance to work together and answer the questions about the book. We then review the answers as a class. There are also Youtube videos of the Yertle the Turtle cartoon which you can show.
