About This Lesson
This is a flexible slideshow covering the basics surrounding the palm oil industry in Malaysia and Indonesia. The main purpose of the lesson is to encourage the students to do more research and to help them understand the prevalence of palm oil and the challenges it poses to wildlife and the environment. This lesson would fit well in an earth or life science class or any class geared toward human-animal studies.
