About This Lesson
A useful resource for a first lesson on energy. This presentation contains a starter activity where students have to list the forms of energy e.g. light. They then use these to fill in some energy transformations. The next slide is an explanation task to explain why a probe re-entering the atmosphere will glow. They then watch a video clip showing the conservation of energy (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbCLAZSPLNk) and answer the questions on the final slide.
