Good Effort on the whole. However a few pictorial representations could be added on the lesson plan to make it look more attractive.

Nice work but could have started the chapter by asking about what all landscapes you know then you could have asked also about the which is the highest mountain? But overall you have provided with a detailed and well-detailed lesson plan.
