About This Lesson

Print the two sheets double sided (flip on long edge) so that you have a piece of evidence on one side and the year it was discovered (as close as I could guess) on the other. Students organize the 6 pieces of evidence that they think are most important for proving continental drift into a pyramid (like a diamond nine but less cards). When they have done this if they look at the other side they should be able to suggest why it took almost 60 years for continental drift to become an accepted theory.
