About This Lesson
An Excel multiplication square into which you or students can choose the horizontal and vertical times table numbers. Usually; my students draw their own grid; enter the numbers and then complete the multiplication square; either to beat a previous time; or to complete more in a set time. I usually use my IWB stopwatch so they are self-evaluating. On completioin of the time allocated; press ANSWERS and the EXcel grid is complete for them to check their own; or each others. On opening the handout; you need to ENABLE MACROS; and choose READ-ONLY. At the end choose not to save changes.
