About This Lesson

Based on the hundred square; this one-page activity sheet uses the simple skill of coloring to help the students "discover" all of the prime numbers up to 100. It will also back-up the multiplication tables knowledge and it uses the keywords "factors" and "multiples" for an added dimension. Aligned to Common Core Standard: 4.OA.4, Operations and Algebraic Thinking.

Standards

Find all factor pairs for a whole number in the range 1–100. Recognize that a whole number is a multiple of each of its factors.
