      About This Lesson

      In this lesson, students will read arguments for and against the minimum wage. They will answer a series of text-dependent questions and discuss the pros and cons of raising minimum wage. Then they will plan their own letter to the editor and write it for homework. This is part of unit involving close reads of Chapter 3 in Fast Food Nation and an excerpt from Nickled and Dimed.
