About This Lesson

Family engagement can feel daunting, and it can be hard to know how to get started. Springboard developed a framework to help teachers and parents team up! We call it Family-Educator Learning Accelerators (or FELAs). FELAs are 5-10 week cycles during which teachers and parents share a game plan to help children reach learning goals. They’re short and approachable, but incredibly powerful--small wins lead to big wins! Check out Springboard’s FELA toolkit and free Professional Development. You’ll be well on your way to setting and achieving goals with families.
