Standards
Draw points, lines, line segments, rays, angles (right, acute, obtuse), and perpendicular and parallel lines. Identify these in two-dimensional figures.
Classify two-dimensional figures based on the presence or absence of parallel or perpendicular lines, or the presence or absence of angles of a specified size. Recognize right triangles as a category, and identify right triangles.
Understand that attributes belonging to a category of two-dimensional figures also belong to all subcategories of that category.
Use facts about supplementary, complementary, vertical, and adjacent angles in a multi-step problem to write and solve simple equations for an unknown angle in a figure.

Thank you for these Geometry activities. They will be great for our Math night event.

Thank you - these activities will be great for my adult learners 4th-8th grade in math skills - in my five pre-GED (ABE) classes. I have an M.A.T. and Elementary ed. teaching certificate. However, I need more activities for my adult learners who need lots of repetitions to learn not only skills and strategies but get these into permanent memory.

Thanks for the clear directions and answers! A great resource for a variety of levels. Hands on always makes things so much more clear. Some cardstock and partner work and the kids will have a ball!
