Students will learn about the main events of the ancient Greek Olympics, where they were held, who competed and watched, and when the Olympics were held. This serves as a foundation for the lessons that follow on the legacies of ancient Greece. During this lesson, it is important that students are clear on directions and have distinct roles so that all students are held accountable for recalling, listening, and analyzing information shared by the teacher and their peers.
