About This Lesson
This handout briefly describes the issue of freedom of religion through Reynolds v. U.S., Scopes Monkey Trial, Engel v. Vitale, and Wisconsin v. Yoder. There are questions throughout asking students their opinions of the cases and the Supreme Court decisions. Each handout can stand alone or they can be grouped together as a packet.
