About This Lesson
These fruit & veg headbands are for children to add textiles to and then wear on the day that you celebrate Harvest. Pupils can dress up in the color of ‘their’ vegetable on a special dress up day. They were designed as part of Send a Cow’s ‘Amazing Harvest Rescue’ - which we’d love you to join in with! The other web link is to more information about what Harvest Festivals are all about.
Love this idea. Older children could develop fact files about their fruit/veg and explore the harvest of this in other countries. Thank you.
