About This Lesson
This is a PowerPoint about heating and cooling. There are questions to start with about solids and liquids. Then the children predict what will happen to a heated ice cube. At this point; all children make a prediction and then are given an ice cube to investigate. After the practical portion; there are a few more slides to explain the changing state is reversible.
