This lesson is about holidays around the world. lt can be used as a project-based learning method, and it can be utilized in integrated classrooms with ELL students and students with special needs.

This is very specific and I would be unable to do this in my Social Studies class based on not having kitchen access for classes. This could maybe be a great after-school program however.
