About This Lesson
Witness history of science principles through the perspectives of explorers as they describe their favorite expeditionary gadgets. Citing evidence from these interviews, students will identify challenges of exploration, and ways that technologies have resolved them. Students will then choose and justify one piece of technology to bring on an imaginary expedition, drawing from today’s modern technology.
