      About This Lesson

      Within the LGBTQ community there are infinite individual experiences. This short article shares insights on what it is like to be a black gay man in America with reflections on both historic and personal events. The author, Christopher Cross, is the founder of the Lavender Fund which raises money for scholarship and research for LGBTA students at Howard University.
