I Can Student Data Binder Tracking Form

This generic I Can Statement form can be used to track student progress towards meeting Common Core State Standards. Students can create a data binder and color in the smiley faces when they have successfully met a goal they have been working on in class. Helps to promote students ownership and a sense of progress as they master concepts learned in all subjects (math, reading, language, writing, social studies, science and any specialty area).
