About This Lesson
This is a great activity for students who have trouble visualizing idioms and other types of figurative language. There are handouts with images, as well as handouts for matching the images. This activity involves students cutting out the idiom images (or having them pre-cut) and matching them to their literal meaning. Great fun and cooperative activity.
