About This Lesson
The goal of this remote learning unit is to consider what lessons we might learn from the past to help develop welcoming and inclusive communities today. Using letters from the Bintel Brief, a newspaper advice column that ran in the Jewish Daily Forward for decades, we will be better able to understand the lives of immigrants and their efforts to create new lives for themselves into the United States.
