About This Lesson
Over 2,000 different words. Over 30 different spelling patterns help children organize and classify words so that relationships among words can be seen. Blends, Digraphs, prefixes, long, short, and suffixes spelling patterns first graders, second graders, and third graders need to know.
Students sort the words that follow the same patterns and interactively move them to the correct column. These word sorts can be manipulated mess free! This is perfect for phonics, reading centers, or words their way. For extra practice, students can write sentences on jamboard.
