Lesson ideas to go alongside p10-11 of 'Big Picture: Food and Diet' magazine (http://bit.ly/uT08OL). These include questions on water footprints, meat consumption across the world, childhood obesity in China, food miles, carbon footprint of food, engineered meat. Tests data analysis skills as well as providing questions to debate on environmental, sustainability issues, with ethical and social aspects.
