About This Lesson

Round to the nearest unit using one, two, three or four decimal places. Simply cross the pond by rounding the numbers up or down to land on the correct lily. Make a wrong step and the frog swims back to the bank. This is one of a series of rounding activities. The full TESiboard series includes rounding to tenths, units, tens, hundreds and thousands. All the activities have options that allow you to increase the number of decimal places in the numbers and to change the number range used.

Round a given number to the nearest unit to make the frog jump across the lily pads. Different levels give you the option to have numbers to 1, 2, 3 or 4 decimal places. Could be used as a quick practice activity or as a starter or wrap up activity.
