About This Lesson
Attached are the mechanical blueprints for manufacturing small steel plates that can be bolted together to verify hole positions. Our high school machining students do the precision layout of the hole positions. We designed this project to help teach people; tapped holes verses clearance holes, how the bolts or cap-screws are inserted to hold the plates together.
