About This Lesson
Play in a center "Make the Smallest Number" by giving students a ten sided die and allow students to roll the die. Then place the number anywhere on the Place Value Train or on the attached handouts trying to make the smallest number. Continue giving everyone in the center a turn until a hundred thousand number is created. Students then compare each number to determine the smallest number. This player is declared the winner!
