About This Lesson
This is a document I hand out to students when I want them to make a vocabulary crossword for other students to analyze.
I also included a sheet for students to use to evaluate each others crosswords. I have students trade crosswords and rate each clue as either Excellent (2 points), Good (1 point), or no good/missing (0 points). I tell them to also rate the overall quality of the crossword (1 to 6). I collect them and use a multiplier on the evaluation (as well as looking over the crosswords myself)to come up with an overall score on the assignment.
