About This Lesson
A TESiboard activity to practice methods for splitting a one digit number to step to the next ten, when adding one digit to two digits. An opportunity to model strategies for stepping to the next 5 or 10 and relating this to the number line below. Aligned with Common Core State Standards: 1.OA.6, Operations and Algebraic Thinking.
