About This Lesson

This is a STEM unit plan for a high school family & consumer sciences class entitled Pastry & Baking Arts. This unit used Understanding by Design as the framework and relies on the LAUNCH concept and the 5 E's to create the lesson plans and activities.  This is a broad overview of recipe modification, changing units of measure and changing cooking instructions.  Enjoy!
