About This Lesson

http://www.freemathvideos.com In this video series I show you how to graph linear equations using multiple methods such as slope intercept form and x and y intercepts. Depending on how the equations are written we will use one form or the other. Usually when an equation is written with the y variable isolated we will graph using slope intercept form by first finding the y-intercept and then using the slope to find the other points on a graph. When an equation has the x and y variable on the same side. It is sometimes easier to solve for the x and y intercepts instead of solving for y and using slope intercept graphing method. When graphing using the x and y intercepts we solve for each intercept by plugging in zero for the other variable. My mission is to provide quality math education to everyone that is willing to receive it. This video is only a portion of a video course I have created as a math teacher. Please visit my website to join my mailing list, download my new e-book, watch all of my free videos or register for one of my online courses. Thanks for watching and to your success.
