http://www.freemathvideos.com In this video series I show you how to solve a system of equations using substitution. To solve a system of equations using elimination we first choose the variable that has a coefficient as one. Sometimes this variable will already be isolated. We then substitute the expression that the variable equals into the other equation for that variable giving us an equation with one variable. We then simplify and solve for the variable. When we have the value of one variable we then plug that value back into one of the original equations to solve for the other variable. I show how to solve math problems online during live instruction in class. This is my way of providing free tutoring for the students in my class and for students anywhere in the world. Every video is a short clip that shows exaclty how to solve math problems step by step. The problems are done in real time and in front of a regular classroom.
