http://www.freemathvideos.com In this video tutorial I show you how to multiply imaginary numbers. We will multiply monomials, binomials and trinomials together and then simplify. It is important when multiplying complex number that we simplify the answer and write in standard complex number form. We multiply complex numbers just like we would multiply polynomials and simplify by combining like terms. The main difference with complex numbers is that i squared is equal to negative one. I show how to solve math problems online during live instruction in class. This is my way of providing free tutoring for the students in my class and for students anywhere in the world. Every video is a short clip that shows exaclty how to solve math problems step by step. The problems are done in real time and in front of a regular classroom.
