About This Lesson
An investigation where the children have to work out the different combinations of items they could buy from a shop with $2.00.The children need to find as many different combinations as they can.

When children are confident with the concept of money (which most kids are good at anyway!) then this resource is good for seeing how money can be spent. It might be an idea to have real coins for the children to count too if they are not confident with purely mental approaches.
