Music Devices for creating scary music

Great resource. Basic but just what the pupils need. Excellent visuals help to explain everything so clearly. I even used this for my A-level composition students for creating scary film music.

Thanks for this! I used it slightly differently, though. To incorporate our "writing across the curriculum" requirements, I had students write their own scary story and add all of the sound effects in appropriate places. They had to use all of them at least once. I also had them make up their own sound and include it, as well. They loved this project and the final results were REALLY cool!
