This is a timed 5 minute PowerPoint activity. Students fill in the missing numbers and then fill in and name the pattern of the 2nd. There is an answer slide. Ideal to start class or review. Includes sound effects. Aligned with Common Core State Standards: 3.OA.9, Operations and Algebraic Thinking.

Great resource to get the children thinking about patterns and sequences. Uses both positive and negative numbers. Definitely worth using, useful as a quick starter, and could be adapted easily. (Before presenting it to the class I would delete the unnecessary question mark on slide 2).
