A lovely resource which would really get the pupils thinking about what they are doing. It puts the investigation into an interesting context which allows citizenship discussions as well as scientific discussions.

Real problem solving can take place with this hands-on seed investigation. The students become aware of food shortages in other regions and how successful planting is critical to individual survival.
